This conference comes at a very special moment for rising Barcelona. 2 months ago, we launched the city's first ever AI strategy. For us, AI represents a three-field opportunity.
巴塞罗那正走在发展的路上，此次大会的召开，适逢我市一个非常特别的时期。2个月前，我们发布了巴塞罗那第一项人工智能发展策略。对于我们而言，人工智能带来了三个方面的机会。
 
First, it represents our best chance to foster an upscale innovation in the city and among its companies, startups and research centers.
首先，人工智能为我们在城市、企业、初创公司和研究中心扩大创新规模创造了契机。
 
Second, it is an opportunity to build more effective and efficient public services doing more with less resources.
其次，人工智能为我们提供了提高公共服务效果和效率以及节约资源的机会。
 
And third, AI has the potential to transform the relationship between public institutions and citizen with adequate algorithms and data. We can move from a reactive administration to delivering proactive public services to those who need them most.
第三，人工智能通过恰当的算法和足够的数据，有潜力改变公共机构与市民之间的关系。我们可以从被动响应式的政府，转变为向有迫切需求的市民主动提供公共服务。
