The Jinan Pilot Zone for Replacing Old Growth Drivers with New Ones aims to build an international smart city that is “green, livable and sharing-oriented” in compliance with high outlook, high standards and high requirements. It seeks to develop a new role model in city governance, and vigorously play the demonstration role in stimulating and leading the region.
 
 
综合交通系统作为支撑先行区发展的核心要素，其规划建设必须以适应先行区发展为前提予以重新谋划。基于此，与先行区总体规划同步进行综合交通规划编制工作。
The integrated transportation system is a core element that props up the development of the Pilot Zone, and its planning and development shall be re-schemed on the premise of adapting to the development of the Pilot Zone. Based on this, the integrated transportation planning is compiled in sync with the master plan of the Pilot Zone.
 
 
项目主要研究内容包括：资源梳理及综合评析；发展目标与战略；对外交通系统规划；物流及货运系统规划；内部道路网络系统规划；公共交通系统规划；慢行交通系统规划；停车系统规划；交通管理及信息化；近期规划。
Major research contents of the project areas follows: resource summary and comprehensive evaluation and analysis; development goals and strategies; planning of the external transportation system; planning of the logistics and freight transport system; planning of the internal road network system; planning of the public transit system; planning of the non-motorized traffic system; parking system planning; traffic management and informatization; and short-term planning.
