1.General requirements of surface treatment before paint spraying

流量计传感器表面处理采用喷砂去除钢材表面的氧化皮，达到一定的清洁度和粗糙度，除锈时应防止对设备表面造成损伤。喷砂采用石英砂磨料，粒度0.3~0.4mm,空气压力设定为4~6kg/cm ²。

Flowmeter sensor shall be surface treated by sand blast to remove the oxide skin on steel surface and to reach a certain cleanliness and roughness. Meanwhile, equipment surface shall be prevented from being damaged in rust removal. Silica sand that has a particle size of 0.3-0.4mm and air pressure setting of 4-6kg/cm² is used in sand blast.

实际喷砂施工过程中，为了达到上述效果，对钢材表面处理的一般要求是：

In the actual process of sand blast, surface treatment of steels are generally required as follows to achieve the above effect:

1.1 除锈前，应铲除厚的锈层，清除可见的油脂和污垢；除锈后，应清除浮灰和碎屑等。

1.1 Wipe out the thick rust layer and remove the visible grease and dirt before rust removal; then get rid of floating ash and chips after the rust is removed.

1.1.1除锈前，若流量计表面有油污，应采用有机溶剂擦洗，去除所有可见油污；

1.1.1 Before rust removal, all visible oil stains on the surface of flowmeter, if any, shall be rinsed and removed by organic solvent;

1.1.2除锈前，流量计焊口处的所有焊接飞溅物必须用扁铲、手锤或砂轮机清理干净；

1.1.2 Before rust removal, all welding spatters at the welded junction of flowmeter shall be cleaned up by flat spade, hammer or grinding machine;

1.1.3除锈前，流量计焊口处的焊烟痕迹应采用有机溶剂、铁刷或喷砂方法将其去除；

1.1.3 Before rust removal, welding fume trace at the welded junction of flowmeter shall be wiped out by organic solvent, iron brush or sand blasting method;

1.1.4流量计表面除锈后，应采用压缩机空气枪吹去所有可见灰尘，并用抹布擦净；

1.1.4 After rust removal of flowmeter, all visible dust shall be blown away by compressor air gun and wiped out by cleaning cloth;

1.1.5对于焊接补焊区，如果可能，应重新喷砂，在不便喷砂的条件下，应用铁刷、手砂轮或其他方法将焊接飞溅物、焊烟痕迹等清理干净。

1.1.5 For repair welding area of welding, it shall be treated with sand blast again if possible; otherwise, the welding spatter and welding fume trace shall be cleaned up by iron brush, hand energy wheel or other method.
