The brief introduction of the project is as follows:

2．主要建设内容：广播电视电影及传媒文化相关产业研发与生产、总部、商业、文化娱乐产业、酒店、会展培训等。

2．Main construction works: R & D of radio, television and films as well as industries related to media culture, headquarters, commerce, culture and entertainment industries, hotels, conventions, exhibitions, and trainings and so on.

3．概念性方案深度及成果要求：

3．Requirements on depth and achievements of conceptual programs:

3.1  概念性方案成果应包括项目概念性方案设计说明书、建筑物一览表（含主要建设指标）、规划总平面图、交通分析图、总体鸟瞰图、重要单体建筑意向效果图等，达到《建设工程方案设计招标投标管理方法》中建设工程概念性方案设计文件深度要求。

3.1 Conceptual program achievements shall include conceptual program design specifications, a list of buildings (including main construction indicators), a general layout, a traffic analysis drawing, an overall aerial view, and design sketches of important single buildings. And the above materials shall meet the requirements on the depth of design documents for construction project conceptual programs specified in the Measures for Bidding and Tendering Management of Conceptual Design for Construction Projects.

3.2  概念性方案应由具有类似项目设计经验的资深建筑师主持，方案成果应体现国际先进的建筑规划理念，具有国际影响力的项目发展定位和江苏省广播电视总台（集团）位居全国前三的大型媒体文化产业集团地位相吻合。

3.2  Such conceptual programs shall be directed by one or more senior architects with the design experiences for similar projects. The achievements of such programs shall reflect internationally advanced architectural planning ideas and have the development orientation with international influence. In addition, the design shall match the status of Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation (Group) as one of top three large-scale media culture industry groups in China.

3.3  因时间较紧迫，概念性方案成果编制时间要求在50－60天内完成。

3.3 Due to urgent deadline, the preparation for such conceptual program achievements shall be accomplished within 50 – 60 days.

3.4  我方可为设计人踏勘现场提供方便，并提供所需资料见附件。

3.4 We can provide conveniences for your on-site visit. In addition, we can provide required information (see appendixes).

4．我方将根据贵司回执的情况确定是否正式邀请贵司承担本项目概念性方案的编制，并在收到回执后一周内正式通知贵司。

4．We will determine whether you are formally invited to prepare the conceptual programs for the project as per your receipt, and we will officially inform you within one week since the reception of your receipt.
