Requirements from the Accounting Guidelines for Power Generation Facilities:
- 6.2.1.1 Fuel consumption of coal should prioritize the use of coal as fired measurements from calibrated belt scales or pressurized weighing coal feeders, using the measurement data recorded by the production system. Belt scales must be calibrated monthly with actual coal or circulating chain codes, or they must undergo comparison of actual coal measurement at least quarterly. If coal as fired measurement conditions are not available, daily or batch inventory measurements of incoming coal should be used, with consumption data from purchase and sales ledgers.
- 6.2.1.3 The accuracy grade of measuring instruments such as track scales and truck scales should comply with GB/T 21369 or relevant measurement verification procedures; the accuracy grade of belt scales should meet the relevant provisions of GB/T 7721; the accuracy grade of pressurized weighing coal feeders should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 28017. Measuring instruments should be within the valid inspection period.
- 链码校验:链码与循环链码其工作原理都是在皮带上平放标准链码,运行皮带时滚轮跟着皮带旋转,模拟物料运行状态,把通过算法得出的数据与标准链码的真实重量对比进行校验。不同的是链码装置在皮带头部,不用时可将链码卷入装置内,用时将链码放出;常见的链码为卷扬式、藏箱式。
- Chain Code Calibration: Both chain code and circulating chain code calibration involve laying standard chain codes flat on the belt. As the belt runs, the rollers rotate with it, simulating the material running state. The data obtained through algorithms are compared with the actual weight of the standard chain codes for calibration. The difference is that the chain code device is positioned at the belt head; when not in use, the chain code can be rolled into the device, and when in use, the chain code is released. Common chain codes include hoisting and concealed box types.
静止煤采样首选在装卸堆堆减堆过程采样,如果不具备条件,也可直接在静止煤上采样。
- 直接对静止煤采样时,应采全深度或者不同深度(上部、中部、下部),在确保没有分层装载的情况下,也可以在运输工具顶部采样。
- 在运输工具顶部采样时,因该在装车、船后立即采样,在用户采样时,应挖深至0.4m~0.5m,取样前应将落在坑底的煤块和矸石清理干净,子样应布置均匀。注意装卸过程、运输过程造成导致离析对采样结果的影响。
Preferred Method: Sampling during the process of stacking or destacking. If this is not feasible, direct sampling from stationary coal is also acceptable.
- When directly sampling stationary coal, the sample should be taken from the full depth or from different depths (upper, middle, lower). If there is no stratified loading, sampling from the top of the transport vehicle is also acceptable.
- When sampling from the top of the transport vehicle, sampling should be done immediately after loading the vehicle or ship. At the user’s site, sampling should involve digging to a depth of 0.4m to 0.5m, cleaning any coal blocks and gangue at the bottom of the pit before sampling, and ensuring sub-samples are evenly distributed. Pay attention to the effects of segregation caused by the loading and transport process on the sampling results.
