Notices.  Written notices, requests, and approvals under this Agreement must be delivered by mail or email to the other party’s primary contact specified on the Agreement Signature Page, or as otherwise directed, in advance, by the other party.

Severability.  If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the balance shall be enforceable unless the context requires otherwise.
