31 March 2022, Beijing – The British Chamber of Commerce in China is proud to launch the 2022 British Business Awards (BBAs). The BBAs are a national awards to recognise and promote excellence in innovation, enterprise and endeavour in the British business community in China, and celebrate the ever-growing trade and investment relations between China and the UK. The 2022 British Business Awards are now open for applications.
2022年3月31日，北京——中国英国商会很荣幸地宣布，2022年英国商业大奖（BBAs）正式启动。英国商业大奖作为一项全国性评选活动，旨在表彰具有拓思立新、勇于创业、积极进取精神的在华英国企业，展示中英两国之间日益紧密的贸易投资合作关系。2022年英国商业大奖评选活动现已开放申请。
 
This year, through eight award categories, the Awards showcase organisations and individuals who are achieving outstanding results, and who demonstrate the highest level of commitment to Sino-British trade and investment relations across a variety of disciplines in China.
今年的英国商业大奖共设立八个奖项，旨在表彰在各个领域成绩卓然，对促进中英贸易投资合作关系发展做出杰出贡献的企业与个人。
 
The BBAs are honoured to have Her Majesty’s Ambassador to China, Caroline Wilson DMCG, as patron of the Awards. “This year, as we celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations at Ambassadorial level between the UK and China, it is more important than ever to recognise the two countries’ strong links in business, trade and investment. The British Business Awards celebrate the incredible work British and Chinese companies are doing, playing a key role in highlighting the expertise and benefits that British companies can bring to the China market and vice versa. Through our strong economic and business ties, the two countries can overcome challenges to ensure co-operation between the UK and China continues to grow, from trade and investment to people-to-people relations. We look forward to celebrating another 50 years of UK-China business excellence!”

We all make important contribution to the growing trade and investment between the UK and China. UK businesses’ commitment to China has remained strong in the 50 years since ambassadorial relations were officially established in 1972, and we hope these British Business Awards will help demonstrate the continued strength of our bilateral trading relationship.”
