Secondly, the paper analyzes and sums up the development strategies and routes for achieving carbon neutrality in urban transportation based on the strategic documents for carbon neutrality recently released by major countries and regions, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom and Japan, and by Tokyo, London, New York and other international metropolises.
