Starting its business with noodles over 200 years ago, Songhelou, a prestigious local brand in Suzhou, has grown into a classical icon representative of food culture in the areas to the south of China’s Yangtze River.
 
松鹤楼苏式汤面,入碗如鲫,汤清如玉,浇头丰富。汤底尤其讲究,整鸡、整鸭、鸡架、猪骨、鳝骨……加水煮透,然后吊出清汤。浇头种类繁多,卤鸭、焖肉、虾仁等应有尽有,可谓苏式面博物馆。
