4.2 Party A’s responsibilities:
 
4.2.1 甲方拥有所购买的XXX产品的使用权，甲方需按照合同采购所声明的各项授权数量进行安装，如乙方发现有未经许可而超出授权数量使用之情况，乙方有权向甲方收取本合同成交额2倍的违约使用费。
4.2.1 Party A has the right of use regarding the purchased XXX and shall install it as per the quantity of authorizations stipulated in the Contract. If Party B finds that Party A uses the XXX in excess of the quantity of authorizations without permission, Party B is entitled to collect the liquidated damages in an amount equal to twice the transaction value of the Contract from Party A.
 
4.2.2甲方需尊重乙方的知识产权，甲方不得从事任何有损乙方软件产品知识产权的行为，比如反编译、破解、摹仿及其他试图从软件产品逆向取得程序源代码的行为、非法散播与第三方等，乙方保留依据版权法规进行追究的权利。
4.2.2 Party A shall respect the intellectual property rights of Party B and shall not engage in any acts that may damage the intellectual property rights of Party B’s software product, including decompilation, cracking, imitation and other attempts to reverse the program source code from the software product, illegal distribution to third parties, etc. Party B reserves the right to investigate and affix Party A’s responsibility according to the laws and regulations on copyright.
 
4.2.3甲方是产品的最终用户，不能将产品的全部或部分使用权以收费或免费的方式转让给第三方,否则视为侵权。
4.2.3 Party A is the end user of the product and shall not transfer all or part of the right to use the product to any third party with charge or free of charge, otherwise such act shall be deemed as infringement.
