5.4 Environmental Impact Analysis

5.4.1大气环境方面
5.4.1 Ambient Environment

乏风中主要成分是空气,由于瓦斯浓度较低,生产过程中氧化形成二氧化碳的量很小,浓度稍高于其在大气中浓度。另外在机组正常运行的情况下,没有产生氧化氮的燃烧过程,但由于氧化温度较高,可能产生微量的热氮氧化物,但不会对环境造成影响。
The main component in VAM is air. Due to low concentration mine gas, very small amount of CO2 is formed by oxidization durng production, which concentration is higher than that in atmosphere. Additionally, under normal operation condition, there is no combustion process of forming NOx. However, as the oxidization temperature is rather high, slight amount of thermal NOx may be generated, but will not impact the environment.

5.4.2水环境方面
5.4.2 Water Environment

生产过程中不需要给水,也不排放污、废水,对水环境无影响。
During production process, no water supply is needed or no sewage is discharged, having no impact on water environment.

5.4.3声环境方面
5.4.3 Acoustic Environment

主要的噪声源是氧化装置本体和附属设备如引风机、空气压缩机产生的噪声。从噪声类型看,主要是空气动力噪声和机械噪声。
Main noise sources are generated by oxidization unit and auxiliary equipment such as induced draft fan, air compressor. From the type of noise, mainly are aerodynamic noise and mechanical noise.
本项目通过在设备本体涂装隔音材料和加压风机设置隔声罩、消音器来减少噪声。
The project reduces noise through coating acoustical insulation material onto equipment body and pressurizing fan to set acoustic hood and silencer.
采取上述措施后,满足《工业企业厂界环境噪音排放标准》(GB12348-2008)Ⅱ级标准和《声环境质量标准》(GB3096-2008)四类a标准。
With above measures, meet the requirements in Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008) Grade II and Acoustic Environment Quality Standard (GB3096-2008) Standard a, Class IV.

5.4.4绿化
5.4.4 Landscaping

本项目将在各厂区可绿化区域进行绿化规划,绿化植物选择吸收有害气体、净化空气及适应性强的植物,以改善环境、降低噪声、清洁空气。
The project will make a landscaping planning for landscaping areas of each plant and adopt green plants which absorb harmful gas and purify air and with strong adaptability to improve environment, reduce noise and purify air.

5.4.5总量控制
5.4.5 Volume Control

从总量变化结果看,本工程建成后,年甲烷减排量折纯为1.11×108m3/a,折合当量CO2减排量(CER)为114.4×104tCO2,区域环境空气污染物明显减少。
From the volume variation result, the project is completed, the annual methane emission reduction is purely discounted to 1.11×108m3/a, converted equivalent CO2 emission reduction (CER) is 114.4×104tCO2, the air pollutant of area ambient air is obviously reduced.

5.4.6环境管理与监测
5.4.6 Environmental Control and Monitoring

环境保护人员由运行人员兼任,不再单独设置。
Environmental protection personnel is concurrently assumed by the operator, but not separately set. 本工程不设环境监测站,监测任务委托有资质的环境检测站完成。
The project does not set an environmental monitoring station and the monitoring task is entrusted to a qualified environment monitoring station.
