The symposium was hosted by Yue Fuhong, deputy director of the Economic Commission of CPPCC and former president of Liaoning Committee of the CPPCC. Vice-president of CPPCC, Wan Gang was present at the meeting and gave a crucial speech. Lian Weiliang, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, Li Yizhong, standing committee of CPPCC, deputy director of the Economic Committee, and former director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, Liu Zhenya, standing committee of CPPCC and director of the board of State Grid Corporation of China, Lu Qizhou, standing committee of CPPCC and former general manager of State power Investment Corp., among other people, have also attended the symposium and given speeches.
