鉴于甲、乙双方据此确认，除双方签字、盖章，填写签订日期外，双方签订的《劳动合同》中的所有空格内容均不应填写，即使有任何填写内容亦应均属无效。
In view of the mutual confirmation between Party A and Party B, it is agreed that aside from signatures, seals, and the filling in of the contract signing date, all blank spaces in the Labor Contract signed by both Parties should remain unfilled. Any content that is filled in these blank spaces shall be considered invalid.
 
本合同期满即行终止；但期满时，乙方根据《派遣协议书》的约定，正在派遣期限内的，且甲、乙双方和用工单位均无异议的，本合同的终止可自动续延24个月，并依此类推。
This contract will terminate upon the end of the contract period. However, in the event that by the contract expiration, Party B is still within the dispatch period as stipulated in the Dispatch Agreement, and neither Party A, Party B, nor the employing unit raises any objections, this contract may be automatically extended for another 24 months, and this process will continue accordingly.
