2020 年以来，坚持党委推动、社会组织承办、市场化运作机制，聚焦青年创新创业，上海创新创业青年 50 人论坛（以下简称青年 50 人论坛）已连续举办四届。

2020 年 4 月，首届青年 50 人论坛举办，以“信心·机遇——全球疫情背景下的创新创业”为主题。2021 年 5 月，第二届青年 50 人论坛举办，以“聚创新力量 创数字城市”为主题，论坛上成立“上海市青年五十人创新创业研究院”，持续为广大青年创新创业提供支持。2022 年 8 月，第三届青年 50 人论坛举办，以“城市新机遇 青年新未来”为主题。2023 年 5 月，第四届青年 50 人论坛举办，以“未来产业引领未来”为主题。
In April 2020, the First Y50 Forum was held under the theme of “Confidence, Opportunity: Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Global Pandemic Context”. In May 2021, the Second Y50 Forum was convened with the theme “Innovation Synergizes Strength for Shanghai's Digitalization”. During this forum, the Shanghai Y50 Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship was established, with a view to providing continuous support for young people engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship. In August 2022, the Third Y50 Forum took place with the theme “Fresh Opportunities for City, Novel Future for Youth”. In May 2023, the Fourth Y50 Forum was convened under the theme “Future Industries Lead the Future”.
