Timing of energy review
 
在建立能源管理体系前期，XXX首先组织全公司进行能源评审；在能源管理体系正常运行过程中，每年至少一次；当设施、设备、系统、过程发生显著变化时，应进行必要的能源评审。
At the early stage of establishing the energy management system, XXX shall first organize the entire company to conduct energy review, which shall be at least once a year in the normal operation of the energy management system. When significant changes occur to the facilities, equipment, systems and processes, necessary energy review shall be conducted.

 XXX将能源评审的过程及结果形成《能源评审报告》，能源评审报告经过编写及讨论后，能源管理小组对能源利用状况进行确认，能源数据进行核查，无误后进行签字确认。
