CAA成立于2001年，总部位于菲律宾马尼拉，在中国北京和印度德里设有办公室。CAA建立的亚洲国家网络覆盖了六个国家，包括印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、越南、尼泊尔和斯里兰卡。
Established in 2001, CAA is headquartered in Manila, the Philippines, and has offices in Beijing, China and Delhi, India. Our Asian Network includes six countries—Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
 
CAA自2002年起在中国开展工作，专注于空气质量管理、绿色交通和能源转型。2018年3月12日，CAA获得北京市公安局颁发的《境外非政府组织代表机构登记证书》，在北京设立亚洲清洁空气中心（菲律宾）北京代表处，在公安部及业务主管单位生态环境部的指导下开展工作。
Since 2002, CAA has been working in China to improve air quality management, promote green transport, and facilitate energy transition. CAA was issued with a Registration Certificate of Representative Office of Overseas Non-Governmental Organization by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau on March 12, 2018, and set up the Clean Air Asia (Philippines) Beijing Representative Office in Beijing, which carries out relevant work under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security and competent authority—the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
