3.2.2 BSC Single Test

测试目的：
Test Purpose:

验证BSC设备上电完毕后，设备的功能满足合同849要求。使设备在单机测试之后入网联调。

（1） BSC设备上电及单板状态确认
(1) Confirm the State of BSC Equipment Power-on and Single Board

上电步骤：
Power-on Steps:

A：将BSC插框内部所有单板拔出脱离背板插槽，避免插框上电时电流冲击致使单板烧坏；
A: Pull out all the single boards inside the BSC subrack from the backplane slot to avoid single board burned out by the current of subrack power-on;

B：在BSC机柜顶部的配电盒中将插框所对应的空开拨至“ON”，运行5分钟后，观察风扇盒前面板电源指示灯，指示灯为绿色慢闪（1s亮，1s灭）说明插框运行正常，进行C步操作；
B: In the distribution box at the top of BSC cabinet, turn the air switch corresponding to subrack to “ON”; after five minutes of running, observe the power indicator light in the front panel of fan box, and green flash slowly (on and off interval of 1s) indicates the subrack operating normally; C-step can be performed;

C：将A中所拔出的单板插入对应槽位，运行5分钟后观察各个单板RUN运行灯状态，指示灯为绿色慢闪（1s亮，1s灭）说明单板运行正常，进行D步操作；
C: Insert the single board pulled out in A into the corresponding slot; observe the state of running indicator after five minutes of running, and green flash slowly (on and off interval of 1s) indicates it operating normally; D step can be performed;
