4.   安全措施。最终用户应自行负责提供充分的安全措施，保护其互联网连接和终端设备（智能手机、平板设备、PC等），以及其对通信服务的访问数据，以避免未经授权的使用或滥用，避免因不遵守充分的安全措施可能导致的任何后果和/或间接损失。最终用户同意，自行采取所有必要的安全防范措施，保障通信服务的使用，避免被未经授权的第三方使用通信服务。安全防范措施包括以可靠的方式处理使用和访问权限，以及在通信服务使用范围之内的任何身份识别与验证措施。

5.   Reservation of the right to make changes without notice and force majeure. The supplier reserves the right make changes to the communication service itself, or the manner of its provision and implementation, or the manner of its user guidance, etc., at any time and without prior notice. Availability of the communication service may be restricted for reasons of system maintenance. In case of events of force majeure such as e.g. the occurrence of technical problems which are beyond the supplier’s control, there will be no provision or rendering of the communication service.

5.    保留不另行通知做出修改的权利和不可抗力。供应商保留随时自行修改通信服务、或提供和执行通信服务的方式、或用户指导的方式的权利，恕不另行通知。通信服务的可用性，可能因系统维护的原因受到限制。若出现不可抗力，如出现超出供应商控制的技术问题，供应商将不会提供通信服务。

6.   Warranty and liability. The supplier shall be liable only for intentional acts and acts of gross negligence when providing and rendering the communication service. The supplier’s liability for defects in title and quality shall be limited to defects which were fraudulent concealed. Moreover, the supplier’s liability shall be limited to the actual amount equaling the current market value of the heating system. Product liability for the heater itself shall remain unaffected.

6.   保证与义务。供应商在提供通信服务时，仅对故意行为和重大过失行为负责。供应商对所有权和质量缺陷的责任，仅 限于以欺诈方式隐瞒的缺陷。此外，供应商的责任不超过与加热系统当前市场价值相等的金额。加热器本身的产品责任不受影响。
