2.2  Bucket wheel mechanism

斗轮机构的驱动装置采用机械传动方式，设置超载保护装置，变频调速，斗轮挖掘力应根据现场实际条件及有关规范综合确定。斗轮体的结构形式为无格式，应采取防堵措施。斗刃应耐磨，斗齿采用铁磁性材料制作，并应有防止其脱落的措施。溜料板与水平面的夹角宜为60°，最小不得小于55°，溜料板设置耐磨衬板，其厚度不小于12mm，且便于更换。

The bucket wheel mechanism is mechanically driven by a drive device, which is equipped with overload protection equipment and frequency control mode. Digging force of bucket wheel shall be determined according to actual site conditions and relevant specifications. Bucket wheel body is a plain structure which requires anti-blocking measures. Bucket lip shall be anti-abrasive and bucket teeth shall be made from ferro magnetic materials and provided with protection measures against falling. The included angle between material slip plate and horizontal plane should be 60° and at least no less than 55°. Material slip plate shall be equipped with wear-resisting linings no less than 12mm thick and easy to be replaced.

2.3悬臂带式输送机

2.3 Boom mounted belt conveyor

悬臂带式输送机的运行方式为双向运行。堆料时出力1100t/h，取料时出力1100t/h，应与运煤系统一致。驱动装置采用机械外传动方式，制动器的选型应能满足带式输送机在最大倾角时满负荷的逆止力，拉紧装置采用重锤式，驱动滚筒为菱形花纹胶面，改向滚筒为胶面。上托辊间距不大于1200mm。下托辊间距不大于3000mm，受料处设置缓冲托辊，且间距不应大于400mm，全部托辊直径均为Φ159mm，托辊正常使用寿命不小于30000小时，摩擦阻力系数不大于 0.022。上下带面均设置适合皮带正反转的调偏设备。受料点有封闭导料设施，带式输送机不撒料，胶带跑偏量最大不超过 50mm。胶带承料面和非承料面均应设置清扫装置。带式输送机上还设置下列保护装置，但不限于此：

Boom belt conveyor runs in two ways. Its stocking output is 1,100t/h and its reclaiming output is 1,100t/h, which shall be consistent with coal transportation system. Drive device is mechanically driving and brake type selection shall satisfy check force under full load when belt conveyor has the maximum angle of inclination. Tension device is a heavy hammer type, drive roller has argyle rubber surface, and bend pulley has rubber surface. The space between upper idlers and lower idlers shall be no more than 1,200mm and 3,000mm respectively, material in place is equipped with impact idlers, the space shall be no more than 400mm, diameter of all idlers shall be Φ159mm, normal service life of idlers shall be no less than 30,000 hours and coefficient of frictional resistance shall be no more than 0.022. The upper and lower belt surfaces are equipped with offset devices which are suitable for positive and reverse rotation of belts. The material in point has closed guide facilities, belt conveyor has no slip materials and maximum offset of rubber belt shall be no more than 50mm. Bearing surface and non-bearing surface of rubber belt shall be equipped with cleaning device. Belt conveyor shall also be equipped with following protective devices, but not limited to these:
