From now on, the green power certificate issuance to the onshore wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation enterprises (excluding distributed photovoltaic power generation, the same below) on their renewable energy generating capacity will be put into trial implementation, relying on the renewable energy power generation project information management system.

With the project approval (for the record) documents, electricity settlement bills, invoices and bank transfer certificates and other certification materials, wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation enterprises can apply for green power certificates in the renewable energy power generation project information management system; the National Renewable Energy Information Management Centre shall approve and issue the green power certificate monthly.
