我司可能要求贵方直接支付个别金额更大的支出，如外部顾问费用；或由非我司人员或其他公司提供的其他服务所产生的费用。我司也可能直接支付此等费用，并向贵方开具发票。

As provided above we will furnish you with complete, accurate and fair monthly statements. We strongly encourage you to review each bill, and to raise promptly with us any questions or comments you may have regarding any fee statements. In return, we expect payment of our statements within ten (10) days of receipt, and reserve the right, inter alia, to terminate our representation if your account is not kept current.

根据上文规定，我司将向贵方提供完整、准确和公平的月度费用报表。我司强烈建议贵方对各单据进行审查，若有与任何费用报表有关的任何问题或意见，请随时提出。我司希望在报表收到后十（10）日内支付相关费用，并保留，尤其是，在贵方账户不能保持流通时终止我司代理服务的权利。

The competent courts of Israel shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, disagreement or claim arising hereunder or relating to any service or work performed by us or relating hereto. The applicable laws shall be the laws of the State of Israel.

对于因本委托书产生的或与我司提供的任何服务或工作有关的或与本委托书有关的任何争端、异议或主张，以色列主管法院应享有专属司法管辖权。适用法律应为以色列法律。
