On April 21, Jiemian.com has accessed to a document sent by Yidao to Beijing Public Security Bureau – “Statement of Beijing Dongfang Cheyun Information Technology Co., Ltd (北京东方车云信息技术有限公司) on Disposal of Visiting Drivers’ Request of Withdrawing Cash”. The document indicates since from April 17, Yidao promises to arrange CNY3 million as online capitals each day so that drivers can withdraw cash anytime.

同时，文件中称将安排专项资金用于北京地区司机线下提现，保证每位来访司机能够在15天以内线下提现成功，5月5日前所有涉及提现困难司机的问题全部处理完毕。

In addition, the document also states that a batch of dedicated funds will be used for offline cash withdrawal by drivers in Beijing, to ensure that every visiting driver can withdraw money within 15 days through the offline channel, and all cash withdrawal requested by drivers will be resolved by May 5.

贾跃亭是乐视控股(北京)有限公司创始人兼董事长，乐视控股2015年10月宣布乐视汽车已正式签署对易到用车的股权投资协议。交易完成后，乐视汽车获得易到用车70%的股权，成为易到用车的控股股东。

Jia is the founder and chairman of Leshi Holding Beijing Co (乐视控股(北京)有限公司). Leshi Holding announced LeSEE (乐视汽车) had formally signed an equity investment agreement with Yidao in October 2015. Upon completion of the transaction, LeSEE acquired 70 percent stake of Yidao, to become controlling shareholder of the latter.

It has been reported that drivers of Yidao could not withdraw their cash. On April 17, Yidao’s founder Zhou Hang stated that Yidao indeed is trapped in capital issue, which is directly caused by Leshi’s embezzlement of CNY1.3 billion (USD188 million).

随后乐视控股(北京)有限公司与北京东方车云信息技术有限公司署名的联合声明中称，乐视不但没有挪用易到任何资金，反而投入近40亿元的资金与大量资源，支持易到发展。

Subsequently Leshi Holding Beijing Co and Beijing Dongfang Cheyun Information Technology Co., Ltd signed a joint statement, which indicates Leshi did not embezzle any capital of Yidao, instead, it invested nearly CNY4 billion and massive resources to support Yidao’s development.

乐视同时在联合声明中称，所谓“挪用13亿之事”实际上2016年11月，在易到单独贷款困难的情况下，乐视控股以名下乐视大厦为抵押物，以乐视汽车内的易到为主体取得的一笔14亿联合贷款的一部份。当时双方已经明确约定，该笔资金用于包到易到在内的乐视汽车日常经营资金周转，其中1亿用于易到，13亿用于乐视汽车。

Leshi also noted in the joint statement that, the so-called “embezzlement of CNY1.3 billion” is actually part of the CNY1.4 billion joint loans Leshi Holding obtained with its LeTV Building (乐视大厦) as the pledge and LeSEE’s unit Yidao as the entity in November 2016, when Yidao struggled to gain loans as a single entity. Both sides expressly agreed to use the capitals for the daily turnover of operating capitals if LeSEE including Yidao, in which CNY100 million is used for Yidao and CNY1.3 billion for LeSEE.
