成立于2007年3月的凯风公益基金会，秉持“推动人类进步，促进社会发展”的理念，致力于激励卓越学者、鼓励优秀青年，推动政策研究、提升公共福利等领域公益事业。值此清华百年校庆之际，凯风公益基金会捐建清华大学人文社科图书馆，助力莘莘学子更上层楼。
Kai Feng Foundation has, since its founding in March 2007, been living the idea of “promoting human progress and social development” and committed to encouraging excellent scholars and youths, facilitating policy research, elevating public welfare and other charitable programs. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua University, the Foundation donates Tsinghua University Humanities and Social Sciences Library, helping students strive for excellence.

清华人文社科图书馆，由国际知名建筑大师马里奥?博塔领衔设计，是博塔先生在中国设计的首个建筑，2009年2月17日设计方案通过，从此图书馆进入了两年的建设历程。
Designed by world-renowned architect Mario Botta, the Library is the first architecture of Mr. Botta in China. After the design plan was adopted on Feb. 17, 2009, the Library enters a 2-year construction period.
