Road transportation shall be effected by means of semi-closed or fully closed special vehicle transporters that correspond with the quality requirements of XXXX. Prices quoted include loading, unloading, road tolls and transportation insurance without VAT/BT.
Please note that transportation to Hainan requires short sea shipment. YYYY shall be responsible for organising short sea shipment and further transportation to the final destination. The prices for transportation to cities in Hainan shall include short sea transportation and all related costs.

Alternatively to the transportation by truck, transportation routes can also be quoted by railway or barge. In such case, the transportation route must be marked separately.

• Vehicle transport services conducted all across China have to be legitimate, both from national and local laws, rules and regulations
• Acceptance of XXXX standard contract
• Integrity to the business partner

For this tender for vehicle distribution, the purchaser (XXXX) will base the decision for and selection of suppliers on a variety of commercial and quality criteria. These criteria may include the extent to which a supplier purchases vehicles from Daimler entities and Joint Ventures.
