Jingdong Group to Invest in and Build Multiple Cooperation Projects in Jiangsu Province in the Next Five years

 (Yicai Global) Dec 01 —中国电子商务巨头京东集团[Nasdaq:JD]周三与江苏省政府签署战略合作协议，将在互联网、现代物流、数据服务和创业创新等多个领域展开合作。未来五年，京东将在江苏省境内投资建设多个合作项目。

(Yicai Global) Dec. 1 – Jingdong Group (京东集团) [Nasdaq:JD], an e-commerce giant in China, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the government of Jiangsu province on Wednesday, under which both sides will cooperate in multiple areas including Internet, modern logistics, data services and entrepreneurship and innovation. Jingdong Group will invest to build a number of cooperation projects in Jiangsu in the next five years.

根据协议，京东将在江苏省内进行电子商务流通基础设施建设，包括建设县区配送体系和社区自提柜，以及各级服务中心等，实现县区配送全覆盖。

Jingdong Group will carry out infrastructure construction of e-commerce circulation in Jiangsu, including the delivery system in counties and districts, community-based pick-up lockers, and various levels of service centers, to enable full coverage of delivery in counties and districts, according to the agreement.

京东还将与江苏省的商家共享京东物流资源，提供网络店铺、专业市场等。同时推动农产品上网营销，建设农产品全过程信息溯源体系等。

Jingdong Group will also share its logistics resources with merchants within Jiangsu, to provide online stores and professional markets, etc. In the meantime, it will promote online marketing of farm products, and construct full-process information traceability system for farm products.

京东称，将向江苏省政府开放云计算大数据等技术、产品和服务，建设数字化服务平台。

Jingdong Group said it will open technologies, products and services including cloud computing and big data to Jiangsu government, to build a digitalized service platform.
