On November 4, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council (SC) presided over an executive meeting the SC. The meeting proposed deepening the financial reform, making interest rates more market-based, speeding up the construction of interest rate formation, regulation and control systems that adapt to market requirements, enabling the financial sector to better serve the real economy and trying to address the issues of financing difficulty and expensive financing. Firstly, the meeting required urging financial institutions to improve internal control system and enhance their independent and reasonable pricing capacity and risk management level. Secondly, the meeting required continuing to give play to the referential and guiding role of benchmark deposit and lending rates, making an effective use of short-term repurchase rate, re-lending, medium-term lending facility and other tools, rationalizing the channel for policy rates to transmit to bond, credit and other market interest rates, and forming the market yield curve. Thirdly, the meeting required tightening the supervision and management on the unreasonable pricing behavior, taking differentiated deposit reserve ratios and other methods to incentivize and restrict the interest rate pricing behavior, and intensifying industry self-regulation and risk prevention. When prevention and control as well as supervision become more available, interest rates will become more market-based.

2015年10月19日，国家工商行政管理总局发出工商标字[2015]170号通知称，上海迪士尼乐园和度假区将于2016年春季开园，为加强迪士尼注册商标的保护，营造良好的知识产权保护环境，保障上海迪士尼乐园和度假区顺利开园和持续发展，国家工商总局决定从2015年10月至2016年10月，在全国开展保护迪士尼注册商标专用权专项行动。在迪士尼纪念品和衍生产品的生产领域、商品流通领域、商标印制领域、广告宣传领域和网络销售领域，全面检查商品、服务和相关演出活动的迪士尼商标使用情况。严厉打击非法使用迪士尼注册商标、销售侵犯迪士尼注册商标商品和非法印制迪士尼注册商标的行为。

On October 19, 2015, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) issued the Gong Shang Biao Zi [2015] No. 170 Notice, indicating that as Shanghai Disney Resort (Shanghai Disney) will open in the spring of 2016, in order to enhance the protection of Disney registered trademark, and ensure the smooth opening and continuous development of Shanghai Disney, the SAIC decided to launch the special campaign of protecting the exclusive right of Disney registered trademark from October 2015 to October 2016. The special campaign includes all-round inspections on the utilization of Disney trademark in commodities, services and relevant performances in the fields of production, commodity circulation, trademark printing and production, advertising and Internet sales of Disney souvenirs and derivates. The special campaign will strictly crack down on the behaviors of illegally using Disney registered trademark, marketing commodities infringing upon the commodities under Disney registered trademark, and illegally printing and producing Disney registered trademark.
