Joanna joined PracTrans in 2009 and is one of our most senior employees. Over the past decade, Joanna has played a significant role in the development of the company by proactively offering suggestions while acting as main force behind the company.
Over years, Joanna successfully finished a large number of translation projects involving many industries and fields. On the strength of a good command of translation theories, rigorous work style and persistent written translations in over ten years, Joanna has attained a high level of professional proficiency in terms of both translation quality and speed. Joanna has so far finished translations of more than 15 million words in Chinese, gaining abundant experience in such industries as laws and contracts, energy and environmental protection, and news & media. Joanna has provided high-level translation services for numerous clients over years and now still acts as the chief translator designated by them.
Alongside a strong sense of responsibility toward her duty, Joanna has always attached great importance to updating her knowledge system in pursuit of increasingly improved translation skills. Thanks to long-term exposure to authoritative foreign journals, Joanna has always kept her English at a very high level, which is of great help to the daily translation work.
Joanna now serves as the chief English translator and expert of PracTrans, and meanwhile takes charge of training and management of new recruits.
